I lived in Edmonton for about two years during the good ol’ uni days. I honestly had a pretty hard time adjusting since I didn’t have a whole lot of friends there. Being super Asian, one of the first places I discovered while living in Edmonton was Dream Tea House. I was all about that boba life and needed it at least twice a week. My cousin and I would make weekly trips to this spot and order bubble tea and snacks! Shortly after, I met one of my best friends, Sammi, who introduced me to shaved ice, a mountain of fluffy shaved ice topped boba, lychee jelly, red bean and grass jelly smothered in condensed milk. To this day, we hit up Dream Tea House whenever we visit Deadmonton!
