Scotch Egg from Ginger Pig in London
This one didn’t make it on the list, but thought I’d share it with y’all anyways. I loathe hard boiled eggs so traditional English scotch eggs aren’t my thing, but for some reason I’m eggtremely fascinated by them. They’re just so freakin’ big and round, I can’t help but to stare every time I see these giant balls. Ginger Pig at the Borough Market in London has some of the biggest I’ve ever seen.
